Credit & Collections Analyst

Focusing on the analytical review of customer accounts, the full-time Credit and Collections Analyst will manage past due notices, enhance collections efforts, and collaborate on strategic reporting in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities: Investigating credit actions and analyzing receivables to expedite resolution of outstanding debts Collaborating with senior analysts to refine credit and collections methodologies Producing daily delinquency reports and preparing monthly analytical reports on collection trends Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience 2-5 years of relevant work experience in credit and collections Experience in developing actionable debt repayment strategies Knowledge of credit risk management practices Ability to maintain accurate records of customer financial status
