Salesforce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives for a leading manufacturing company in San Francisco. This role will be on-site, managing the delivery of Salesforce projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to drive successful implementations in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery , from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Lead status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting , ensuring transparency and alignment. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards . Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies . Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to ensure technical solutions meet business needs . Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies for end users. Requirements 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce projects . Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products . Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations within complex organizations. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies ; experience leading projects in hybrid environments. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills . Must be available to work on-site in San Francisco full-time. Why Join Us? Competitive hourly rate of $105/hour .
