Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health needs and establishing personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Harmony Health, you will work with a diverse clientele facing varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing mental health support to individuals experiencing emotional difficulties.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
