As an iCOONE Operator, you'll help clients experience this innovative treatment while providing the high level of care, comfort, and personalization that defines Figurella. Responsibilities Perform iCOONE treatments according to Figurella protocols. Educate clients on treatment benefits, expectations, and aftercare. Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional treatment experience. Monitor client progress and communicate results with the wellness team. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment. Clean and sanitize equipment according to studio standards. Recommend treatment packages and support client retention goals. Work collaboratively with coaches to create personalized wellness plans. Deliver exceptional customer service at every visit. Qualifications Experience in aesthetics, wellness, massage therapy, or customer care preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, wellness, and helping women achieve their goals. Professional, polished, and positive attitude. Comfortable learning new technology and treatment protocols.
