Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in real-time to meet evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse group of individuals grappling with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and trauma. You will engage with clients of various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care and sensitivity to individual differences. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, especially with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
