Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit various clients.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Medallion, you will work with a diverse population, including teens, adults, and couples, all navigating various mental health issues. The therapist will engage clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. A critical aspect of your role will be building trust and rapport to create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients navigating their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling setting.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, with demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for conducting virtual appointments and engaging clients.
