Product Program Manager – Responsibilities Lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout the product ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles. Drive priorities to ensure products achieve schedule and milestone targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles. Work with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues. Communicate product status to internal teams, including executive audiences. Qualifications BS degree or greater in an engineering field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant working experience. Hands‑on experience with hardware product development. Strong project, program, and product management fundamentals. Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first‑principles approach to creative problem solving. Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd 5+ years track record of successfully delivering products from concept through launch. Deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design. Master’s degree in engineering or business field. PM certification/training. Compensation and Benefits Base salary ranges from 136,000USD to 212,750USD for Level3 and 168,000USD to 258,750USD for Level4, based on location, experience, and comparable roles.
