About the Role:
MEL C CLEMMONS AGENCY LLC is looking for a driven and personable Bilingual Sales professional to join our growing team in Marietta, GA! This is an exciting opportunity to connect with a diverse client base, build meaningful relationships, and make a real impact while advancing your sales career.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate with English and Spanish-speaking clients to understand their needs and present solutions
• Generate new leads and grow a personal book of business through prospecting and referrals
• Conduct sales consultations, product presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide exceptional bilingual customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching new markets

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
• Prior experience in sales, insurance, or a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
• Active state sales or insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be located in or able to commute to Marietta, GA
