Recruiter-Level 1 - AssociateWe are looking for a Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates. You will own the process from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, all while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake discussions to offer presentation.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.Identify and engage talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and networking.Build and maintain pipelines for various roles.Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews to ensure skills and culture fit.Facilitate consistent hiring decisions and provide hiring managers with informed recommendations.Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and track basic recruiting metrics.Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring efforts through inclusive sourcing and an equitable hiring process.Support employer branding through compelling job postings and professional candidate engagement.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree.Experience: Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience, ideally at both an agency and in a corporate environment.Technical Skills: Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
