Enterprise Business Development Representative
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year base salary (which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, geographic location, business needs, and market demand).

We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive new opportunity creation and early-stage deal development across enterprise and strategic accounts.
You will work in close partnership with Sales Directors and Account Executives, owning the early stages of the sales cycle - from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to qualified opportunity creation.
This is a role for individuals who excel at outbound engagement, consultative discovery, and enterprise relationship-building, and who are ready to accelerate their career in high-value SaaS sales.
What You Will Work On
- Prospect into enterprise and strategic accounts, with a strong focus on Financial Services (banks, fintech, and credit unions) aligned with Persado's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach and strategic account research.
- Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, CX, and executive leadership.
- Develop insight-driven perspectives on customer priorities, shaping opportunities around measurable business outcomes.
- Build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders within complex, regulated organizations.
- Partner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities into active pipeline and support deal progression.
- Consistently generate high-quality, enterprise-level pipeline within Financial Services and regulated industries.
