Executive Assistant – Manufacturing Leader Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday through Friday. About the Company Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Operations. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the VP of Operations. Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and other business documents. Review and assist with financial reports, invoices, and operational documentation. Serve as the primary translator and interpreter for verbal and written communications between English and Mandarin Chinese. Ensure accurate and confidential translation of meetings, emails, and technical documentation. Maintain production work orders within SAP. Coordinate daily production schedules and material transfers between manufacturing facilities. Work closely with production departments to resolve scheduling and operational issues while communicating updates to leadership. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Support additional administrative and operational projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2‑4 years of executive administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Minimum of 2 years of Cost Accounting experience. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
