Senior Consultant - D365 BC (Operations and Finance)

About the Position Velosio is looking for a Senior Consultant to be an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Team. As a Senior Consultant at Velosio, you will provide functional and technical consulting services for D365 BC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software projects, and understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction. Your Day Might Look Like Configure D365 BC software to meet business requirements Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents Convert data from legacy system into D365 BC ERP system Demonstrate our D365 BC ERP product to existing and prospective clients; provide user training and support throughout implementation Attain product certifications as necessary Provide training and mentorship to Associate Consultants Maintain Velosio core competencies: client focus, knowledge, and skills, driving results, communication, teamwork and relationships, personal excellence, business insight, leadership, coaching and developing others What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field D365 BC implementations experience and/or participation in at least 2 full life cycle implementation or 5+ years ERP implementation experience Proficiency in related Microsoft Technologies (Power BI, CoPilot, etc.) Proficiency in related ISV solutions Ability to translate experience in distribution or manufacturing environments to creatively solve client business/application issues Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by video or in-person You Might Also Bring Certificate in D365 BC Certification in D365 BC Manufacturing Certification in D365 BC Warehouse Management Project Management and/or experience with best practice implementation methodologies Who We Are At Velosio, we focus on what matters most – our people.
