Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing excellent customer service for both inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer intakes and verifying information at the time of the call
- Provide information about the process
- Ability to handle possible issues that arise with the customer
- Document and update customer records
- Able to have empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to take directions and follow procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type and talk to get the information in a timely manner
- Type 35 WPM minimum
- Benefits available after 90 days
