Bedford, Massachusetts Perm 28 May 20, 2026 $28.00 - $32.00 A global healthcare and diagnostics organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the Greater Boston area. This position will report to the AP Manager and focus on high‑volume invoice processing, vendor support, and AP operations within a collaborative and stable accounting environment. $28/hr – $32/hr + strong benefits package (DOE) This is a full‑time, hybrid position requiring full‑time onsite training initially, then transitioning to 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. Job Description: Process high‑volume invoices and perform 2‑way/3‑way matching Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams Manage weekly check and EFT payment runs Monitor uninvoiced receipts and research outstanding items Reconcile AP‑related accounts and maintain accurate records Support vendor communications and cross‑functional coordination Job Requirements: 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred Experience working in a high‑volume AP environment SAP experience required; Concur experience a plus Strong Excel, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
