Assistant to Office Manager

Prime Sheet Metal Contracting

Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an Assistant to the Office Manager. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing phone communications, coordinating with team members, and supporting executive-level staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized clerical records and ensuring office operations run smoothly. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Proficiency in communication and phone etiquette Experience with clerical tasks and basic organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling applications) Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and work independently Previous experience in office management or a related role is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Sheet Metal Contracting
