Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students, offering guidance towards clinical licensure and fostering their professional development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure individuals receive holistic care.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans, tracking client progress and adapting approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize person-centered approaches that respect each client's unique experiences and backgrounds, contributing to personalized care that fosters a sense of empowerment and responsibility towards their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Professional liability insurance.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience supervising practicum students or new therapists will be given preference, as well as those who have experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and technologies. A passion for mentoring and helping individuals grow into competent clinicians is highly valued in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is highly competitive, offering annual salaries ranging from $65,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience and hours worked.
