Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and interviews, gathering vital social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to address clients' mental health needs, ensuring that all services fall within your area of professional expertise.

• Coordinate and plan a variety of programs and activities focused on enhancing clients' social and emotional well-being, facilitating referrals to community resources as needed.

• Maintain a safe, trusting, and respectful therapeutic environment, enabling clients to openly discuss their issues and work towards their goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services delivered, adapting strategies based on individual client progress and feedback.

• Document all clinical interactions and progress notes in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accurate records that reflect ongoing care.

• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality client service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
