Our client, a leading organization in the staffing and recruitment industry, is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join their team. As an Onsite Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring process for various roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment. Job Title: Onsite Recruiter Location: North Hollywood, CA Pay Range: Shift: $33.00 hr What's the Job? Partner with hiring managers to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs. Screen applications, conduct pre-screening processes, and recommend qualified candidates for consideration. Coordinate and schedule interviews, preparing relevant questions and materials to ensure a smooth hiring process. Manage both online and in-person interview scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates and stakeholders. Extend employment offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. What's Needed? Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. Experience using various sourcing methods, including traditional and nontraditional channels. Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate documentation. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
