Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

MOCA Logistics is looking for a reliable and organized Site Operations Lead to support workforce coordination and timekeeping at a new warehouse facility in Richmond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee clock-in/clock-out, attendance, and timekeeping .
• Track headcount and ensure accurate timesheets.
• Support employees with the MOSAIC app and tablets .
• Coordinate with MOCA, Dematic , and staffing agencies.
• Manage rosters, breaks, and employee backfills.
• Support site safety, PPE compliance, housekeeping, and incident documentation.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish – preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, staffing, timekeeping, or workforce coordination.
• Comfortable using apps, tablets, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and availability for assigned shifts and weekends.

Available Shifts

Shift A: 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Shift B: 1:45 PM – 9:45 PM
Shift C: 8:45 PM – 4:45 AM

Two positions available per shift.
