The Accounting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy as the Accounting Coordinator Process vendor payments and expense reports while maintaining organized and compliant financial records as the Accounting Coordinator Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, including onboarding and managing payment workflows as the Accounting Coordinator Partner with internal departments and treasury teams to support seamless financial operations as the Accounting Coordinator Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and bill payment tracking, as the Accounting Coordinator Qualifications For The Accounting Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, coordination, or reconciliations Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, with the ability to manage high-volume work What You’ll Gain as an Accounting Coordinator Opportunity​…​ Collaborative, team-oriented culture with a strong focus on training and development Exposure to multiple areas of accounting and cross-functional operations Stable organization offering long-term career development for the Accounting Coordinator #J-18808-Ljbffr
