Position Overview The Accounts Payable Coordinator processes full-cycle vendor invoices, reconciles vendor statements, and processes payments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices into accounting system. Review vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process weekly check runs. Process employee expense reimbursements. Process American Express and Chase Visa credit card transactions. Serve as backup for Accounting Associate. Qualifications and Skills Associate’s degree in Accounting. Three to five years of accounts payable experience. Previous experience in the interior design industry a plus. Experience with Design Manager a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
