Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Are you a Software Sales Representative with experience selling SaaS software solutions to healthcare organizations, or a software-as-a-service Account Executive with a track record of closing deals in the healthcare / health-tech indsutry? Are you an Outside Sales Superstar or Software Account Executive looking for an opportunity where you'll actually be set up for success to achieve your quota? With a newly hired Chief Sales Officer, they are laser-focused on scaling their sales team and capturing more market share. While previously sales have been passive, they are now investing in outbound sales and have created a lucrative commission structure with an achievable quota. They are looking for sales professionals who can help drive revenue to the next level. What You Will Be Doing: New business sales via outbound hunting and some inbound leads, targeting EMS agencies, hospitals, fire departments, and trauma centers Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals Developing strong relationships with decision-makers, including executives, administrators, and clinical staff Consultative selling , understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions Collaborating with SDRs to maximize pipeline efficiency (yes, you'll have an SDR!!) Attending conferences and industry events to network and generate new business Staying ahead of the competition by understanding the software landscape, including how competitors position their offerings You Should Have: SaaS sales experience in the healthcare space - experience selling to EMS (emergency medical services) agencies is a huge plus, but selling to other healthcare organizations is very relevant as well Quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets Experience selling software solutions with deal sizes of $50K–$100K and a 90-day sales cycle Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to travel for in-person meetings and industry events What You’ll Get in Return Competitive base pay + commissions ($90-110k base / 180-220k OTE) Uncapped commissions with a very attractive commission structure Fully remote work flexibility Be set up for success with a CSO who believes in an environment where reps are set up to achieve quota!
