Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, including preschool through high school, is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services tailored to each student’s unique goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
• Communicate regularly with families and staff to share updates and strategies for continued growth
