Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure/certification to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome
• Experience in a school-based setting is desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across a range of grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to maximize student progress
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and prepare necessary documentation for IEP meetings and compliance
• Offer support and resources to families and educators to help reinforce strategies in multiple environments
