Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or ability to obtain prior to start
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and inclusive learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based individual or group therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ unique communication needs
• Develop, review, and implement IEP goals in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and required reporting
• Consult with educational staff to integrate strategies within classroom activities
• Contribute to the school community by participating in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
