Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain if relocating)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
• Experience with IEP development and implementation in a school setting highly valued
• Comfortable conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and monitoring progress
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach to student care and family communication

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
• Track and document student progress, updating goals and strategies as appropriate
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and administrators to support each student’s goals
