Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Recent experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting
• Familiarity with conducting evaluations, writing reports, and implementing IEPs
• Strong communicative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication needs using standardized assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with academic staff and families
• Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust goals as needed for optimal outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions to support student success
• Provide direct speech and language therapy—both individual and group sessions—tailored to diverse student needs
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families on speech/language development and strategies
