Qualifications and Specialized Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
• Strong understanding of assessment instruments and therapy techniques for school-aged children
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred by teachers or parents
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) addressing student needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services within both individual and group settings
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in student intervention meetings, professional development, and IEP team conferences
