Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Multiple Locations Locations Available: Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Schedule: Full-Time (School Hours) | Contract Setting: K-12 School Campuses (varies by district) Make a Real Impact as a School Speech‑Language Pathologist We’re hiring experienced Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities in multiple districts and locations. Available Opportunities Campus-Based / Full-Scope SLP (testing + therapy + IEP/ARD participation) Evaluation-Only SLP (testing + report writing only) Therapy-Only SLP (direct services focused on goal progress) SLPA Supervision Opportunities (may be paired with another role type) What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations and write reports. Provide individual and group therapy services. Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams. Participate in IEP and ARD meetings. Support student progress toward communication goals. Supervise SLPA(s) (when applicable). Qualifications (Core Requirements) Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from a CAA‑accredited program. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship (CF) (or ability to complete). Praxis exam passed. ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply. Ability to pass school background requirements. State Licensure Requirements (Varies by Location) Arizona (AZ): State Department of Health Services; must hold a DOH license and a Speech‑Language Pathologist Pre‑K‑12 Certificate from the AZ Dept. of Education. Colorado (CO): DORA (Board of SLP); requires a state DORA license and a Special Services Provider (SSP) license from the Colorado Dept. of Education (CDE). Georgia (GA): GA Board of Examiners; must hold a state license. School SLPs also obtain a Professional Service Certificate from the GA Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC). New Mexico (NM): NM SLP & Audiology Board; requires a state medical license plus an Ancillary Support Provider License from the NM Public Education Department (PED). Texas (TX): TDLR (TX Dept. of Licensing); requires a state license from the TDLR. Texas does not issue a separate DOE certificate for SLPs, but school background checks apply. Washington (WA): WA Dept. of Health; must hold a state SLP license and an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate from the OSPI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
