Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Clinical fellowship supervision available for new graduates

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing vital input and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state requirements
• Provide consultative support and strategies for teachers and parents
