Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (grades 3-5 preferred)

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized instruction to students with varying learning needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Employ a variety of strategies and accommodations to maximize student engagement and success
• Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student achievement and goals
• Foster a positive, respectful environment that encourages student growth and self-confidence
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with all special education requirements
