Service and Sales Representative

This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include:
- Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
- Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
- Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
What You'll Gain:
- Pay range $24-$25/hr. Annual earning potential of $70,000 - $78,000 (hourly base pay + commission + overtime).
- Monday-Friday schedule working 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime opportunities.

What You Bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
- Sales mindset able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
- High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
- Valid driver's license for at least three years.
- Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
