Logistics Coordinator

Our client, an elevated childrenswear apparel manufacturer is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in NYC! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor shipments. Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines. Communicate with vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams. Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records Assist with shipping and import/export documentation. Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues. Help coordinate receiving and delivery activities with warehouse partners. Address shipping discrepancies and other logistics-related issues. Support vendor and retailer compliance requirements. Assist with inventory and order reconciliation as needed. Maintain relationships with logistics and transportation partners. Provide regular updates and reporting to internal teams. Support general supply chain and logistics initiatives as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience. Apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer goods experience a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments. Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export processes. Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP, EDI, or other logistics systems a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Travel as needed.
