Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in the Los Angeles area! This full-time, on-site role spans from August 11, 2026, to June 4, 2027, and promises a dynamic experience within a supportive educational environment. You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:30am – 4:00pm), primarily serving 1-4 school sites with an average caseload of 55-60 students across a range of ages. Commutes are capped at one hour or 20 miles, so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you’ll focus on delivering vital speech and language services—without the burden of case management, thanks to established campus contacts. Strong organization, adaptability, and passion for student growth are key to success here.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license
• Valid CTC (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF), with supervision secured
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but supervision can be arranged for CF candidates
• SLPA credentials will not be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide speech/language therapy to diverse student populations
• Use evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and existing case managers
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district standards
• Travel between assigned campuses as itinerant support, with district-promised commute caps
