Personal Assistant to UHNW Family - $100K-$150K + Bonus! Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an UHNW family. The Personal Assistant will work out of the home office/personal residence of the Principal and will require movement and travel around NYC as needed Responsibilities Include: Provide administrative assistance to Principal and family as needed Schedule all appointments and meetings Take notes during meetings to ensure timely follow-up on action items Manage personal correspondence including drafting thank you notes and arranging gifts Handle personal travel for Principal/family including flights, ground transportation, Visas when necessary and hotels, will include private aviation at times Plan and coordinate family events, dinners and gatherings Perform personal errands as needed Requirements Include: Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record of PA support in the home supporting an UHNW individual and family Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to maintain confidentiality to the highest degree and discretion in all circumstances Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle projects with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr CitiStaffing
