Key Objectives Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans that promote growth and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners. Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional development. Responsibilities Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the company. Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision and market opportunities. Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry or role. Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools.
