Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Family Legacy Psychotherapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs through interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to communication difficulties, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and job stress.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique dynamics of each family and individual.
\n
• Develop and maintain treatment plans that reflect client goals and ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical times for clients and their families.
\n
• Document all therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner, abiding by ethical standards and safeguards for client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our practice addresses a wide range of mental health concerns such as:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A valid and active state LMFT license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Family Legacy Psychotherapy PC offers an attractive salary range between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
