Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms, providing psychotherapy and counseling to both individuals and groups.

• Develop, implement, and adjust patient-centered treatment plans based on individual assessments and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary team members such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document client sessions and treatment updates meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and clinical assessments to effectively diagnose and address client issues.

• Provide referrals and resources to clients, helping them navigate additional services that may enhance their mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges. You will focus on developing therapeutic relationships that encourage clients to express their concerns and achieve their personal mental health goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
