Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Administering direct patient care in alignment with physician referrals and state regulations.
• Employing a variety of evaluation techniques to accurately determine patient needs and progress.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment programs aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Monitoring patient tolerance and progress, modifying treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Responding to emergency situations in accordance with established protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with departmental policies.
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives through chart reviews and departmental activities.
• Participating in interdisciplinary case discussions to provide holistic care and support for patients and their families.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
