Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed to create an inviting, relaxing atmosphere for patients as they work towards their rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate daily with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, utilizing advanced therapeutic equipment and techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs. This onsite role is structured with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, determining the most appropriate course of treatment based on individualized assessments.
• Develop comprehensive therapy plans that integrate a mix of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold therapy, and ultrasound, targeting both short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain active engagement with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, modifying treatment plans as necessary and providing consistent encouragement and motivation.
• Educate patients about their conditions, offering insights into rehabilitation strategies and recommending home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, documenting treatment sessions and adjustments in accordance with clinic protocols to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient health and rehabilitation.
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and open communication to enhance their rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice specializes in treating a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes returning to peak performance, and patients experiencing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as it relates to physical therapy practices.
• Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, sports therapy, post-surgical recovery, or chronic pain management.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices and treatment modalities in patient sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role is competitive, ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
