Investor Relations Associate

Join a leading real estate investment and development platform with a strong institutional capital base. This high-visibility role sits within the Investor Relations function and serves as a key link between the firm and its investment partners. Reporting to senior leadership, the position offers broad exposure to investor communications, capital raising, investment strategy, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including presentations, fundraising collateral, and periodic communications. Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries, due diligence requests, and ongoing relationship management support. Support capital raising initiatives through research, reporting, and coordination of fundraising processes. Manage investor data, CRM systems, and operational workflows while driving process improvements and efficiencies. Requirements 4+ years of experience in investor relations, real estate, private equity, investment management, fund administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and institutional investor reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
