Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with 3+ years of personal injury claims negotiation experience to join the team. Join a high powered plaintiff personal injury and mass tort firm with strong growth, team collaboration, attorney mentorship, and excellent advancement opportunities.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage a compelling caseload of personal injury matters under attorney supervision.
Negotiate settlement and liability claims on behalf of plaintiff personal injury clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and other parties throughout the claims process.
Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support efficient case resolution.
3+ years of experience as a Case Manager with personal injury claims negotiation experience.
Experience negotiating settlements for a plaintiff personal injury law firm or liability claims for an insurance carrier.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
