Personal Injury Case Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish).
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls.
Communicate with clients.
Follow up regularly.
Track medical treatment and records.
Assist with resolving property damage claims.
Coordinate lost wage documentation;
Provide support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout their cases.
