As part of that vision, we’re building the Rate Analytics Intelligence Layer (RAIL)—the analytical foundation that will power smarter decisions, better customer experiences, and scalable growth across the business.

The Role

\n

We’re looking for a senior analytics leader to help build RAIL from the ground up.

\n

\n

This is a true player-coach role. You’ll help shape the strategy, establish standards, lead a small team, and remain hands-on delivering high-impact solutions. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Consumer Lending.

\n

\n

We’re hiring leaders with strengths in one of two complementary disciplines:

Analytics Engineering

\n

\n
• Build trusted data products, reusable datasets, enterprise metrics, and scalable analytics capabilities.
\n
• Establish engineering standards, analytical architecture, and modern development practices.
\n

\n

\n

Analytics Product Development

\n

\n
• Transform analytical capabilities into business solutions that improve customer experiences, decision-making, operations, and revenue.
\n
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and bring analytical products into production.
\n

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Help build a new enterprise analytics capability from the ground up.
\n
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable analytical solutions.
\n
• Translate business opportunities into measurable outcomes.
\n
• Build reusable capabilities rather than one-off analyses.
\n
• Partner across business and technology teams to move ideas into production.
\n
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team while remaining close to the work.
\n
• Leverage AI and modern analytics tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
\n

\n

What You’ll Bring

\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, data science, analytical product development, business intelligence, or a related field.
\n
• Experience building modern analytics capabilities—not simply maintaining existing environments.
\n
• Strong technical fluency with SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern analytics tools.
\n
• The ability to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
\n
• Experience influencing senior business leaders and driving cross-functional execution.
\n
• A builder’s mindset with a bias toward action.
\n

\n

Experience in consumer lending or financial services is a plus, but not required.

\n

\n

Education

\n

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, analytical, or business discipline (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree is a plus.
