Role Description The Chief Financial Officer Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and operational performance across LenderLive’s mortgage services business. This role leads the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and capital plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The CFO Operations partner with senior leadership to evaluate business initiatives, optimize cost structures, and support growth through data-driven financial insights. Daily responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting cycles, reviewing financial statements, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring accurate, timely information for decision-making. The role also involves guiding finance teams, strengthening risk management practices, and championing technology-enabled financial processes to improve efficiency and transparency.\n
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, including experience in corporate finance and financial strategy.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, with the ability to develop and manage forecasts and long-term financial models.

• Expertise in Financial Statements, with demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Experience in Financial Reporting, including compliance-focused reporting and executive-level dashboards.

• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Knowledge of mortgage services, lending operations, or financial services industries is highly beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) preferred.
