Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and performance of Alliance Laundry System. This role oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to support long-term growth. The CFO will review and interpret financial statements, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding finance teams, partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, managing banking and investor relationships, and providing clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making. The CFO will also drive process improvements, implement financial systems enhancements, and promote a culture of accountability and financial discipline across the organization.\n
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance, including leadership experience in corporate finance and strategic financial management.

• Advanced skills in Financial Planning and Analytical Skills to lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including GAAP/IFRS, internal reporting, and external disclosures.

• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead diverse finance teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders.

• Extensive experience in executive-level roles, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions.

• Comfort with remote leadership, digital collaboration tools, and managing distributed teams.
