We are seeking a passionate and disciplined Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen and takes pride in executing every dish with consistency and precision.

As a Line Cook at Nest, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items to the highest standards while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout your station. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience through exceptional food.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications and recipes.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation before, during, and after service.
• Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen staff during service.
• Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Properly store, label, and rotate products using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and contribute to daily opening and closing duties.
• Support a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.

• Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong knife skills and fundamental cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
