Patient Access Specialist: Front Desk & Care Concierge
Hanger
Hanger, Inc. is seeking a front desk/receptionist to ensure a seamless first impression for patients and staff. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and handle payments at the front desk with accuracy.
You will also schedule follow-up appointments, support the patient experience programs, and work with the RCM team to gather necessary information. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.
