This remote position allows for a conducive work-life balance, enabling you to engage with clients during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will utilize telehealth technology to conduct sessions, allowing for flexibility and convenience in delivering therapy. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals, integrating patient preferences into the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specifically focusing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both therapeutic and pharmacological needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research and clinical advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices.

• Advocate for clients by promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee, in accordance with state regulations.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacological principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and medical staff.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
