Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Monitor client progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee.

• Thorough knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds and establish a strong therapeutic rapport.
